Section 01 · Core Pump System
The pump, the motor, the seal.
Hand-built at our Midland, Texas headquarters using highly engineered components designed for challenging unconventional wells — from induction machines to PMESP® permanent magnet systems.
ESP Pumps
Hand-built in Midland, TX · Challenging wellbores
Radial and mixed-flow stages assembled into floater-type ESP pumps. Solids-handling designs use the industry's highest-quality bearings and raw materials. Our R&D team is focused on redefining durability expectations — with BLAZE® variants under development for longer run life, reduced horsepower, and greater solids resistance.

Induction Motors
Three-phase, two-pole · 3,500 RPM @ 60 Hz
Conventional ESP motors tailored to today's production environment. Rotors, bearings, and shafts assembled in a stator section and protected with a housing. Available in standard and high-temperature variants. Can be installed for a wide operating range or narrowly tailored for a designated production target.

PMESP® (Permanent Magnet)
MPS partnership · Synchronous PM motor
The PMESP® system from Magnetic Pumping Solutions integrates a downhole PM motor with the PMVSD® drive. No slip between stator and rotor — proprietary closed-loop control algorithms deliver precision at all speeds and downhole conditions. Step-change in reliability, efficiency, and flexibility.

Seals / Protectors
Ultra-high strength bearings · Oil expansion built-in
Transfers motor torque to the ESP system, balances the pressure differential between wellbore and motor, and allows motor oil to expand/contract with temperature without contamination. Also absorbs the thrust of the ESP system in operation — critical to preserving electrical integrity.
