Endurance Lift Solutions International (ELSI) is the Romanian subsidiary of Endurance Lift Solutions (USA), specializing in artificial lift equipment and services for onshore oil production. From its 3,500 m² Center of Excellence in Negoiești, Prahova County, ELSI designs, manufactures, and services rod-pump systems, PCP pumps, and downhole components for operators across Romania and beyond. The company is the only API 11AX-licensed pump manufacturer in Central and Eastern Europe, with an integrated quality system audited to API Q1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Since 2009, ELSI has been the strategic partner of OMV Petrom, supporting thousands of wells nationwide through a responsive workshop network and engineering expertise. The company employs approximately 90–100 people and operates 13–14 service locations across Romania, delivering average response times of under 6 hours.
